I got sick of the games, so bought all but 1 of my plexes with seller financing. 

I mean you get a check you defend the company and you don't have a neutral third party check the house I mean why would you... this to me is MOrris doing damage control Its a stain on the industry these guys plain and simple

As I stated simply a violation of the investor publics trust and just plain American Greed.. which is where we will probably see this end up  ON TV...Thanks for jumping in.. and I wish you the best in your pursuit of justice in this matter.

Plain and simple.

The air was hard to breathe and it made people who were in there for more than 15 mins sick so they would leave.

You might consider including a "plain English" summary of the changes also.

Sick of paying rent and wanted to be able to do little projects here and there to improve the property.

I was planning on going in January (I was sick in December).
