These spikes in deal flow are already being seen from coast to coast; from Orange County, CA to Maryland, to Florida.

The town is also willing to quick deed the area in orange to a buyer that places something commercial there as well as offer tax incentives for each job created on the property. 

I have a very hard time to find a  bargain deal in Orange County this year.

Not an obscene amount but I would say close to ~$100 a month just due to the market I am currently in (Orange County).
