We have been very detailed in running the numbers and have been learning the ins and outs over the last 6+ months to ensure this investment is a wise one and now are excited to officially get started!

The announcement of a new hospital near I-90 and a hotel downtown will help as well.Home prices are climbing a little in Rockford but are still very low compared to the suburbs of Chicago.  

In the County, you are not required to officially notify the the tenant of their eviction date (although you probably should).
