Specifically, necessity based retail.  

That design will inherently conflict with the houses around it, but is an economic necessity with the cost of land.

There is no sense putting granite counter tops in a unit when the market does not see that as a necessity. 

I also put in the lease it may take several weeks to repair or replace if they break down since they are not a necessity. 

Is there a necessity to have more than two properties?
