I picked up materials on Monday , a 5 hour round trip to Lancaster Pa to pick up metal roofing .

You never see them beyond the promotional material nor speak with them personally.So what is the answer if you have no money and can't afford training? 

Try sending out marketing materials -- in my neighborhood, for example, every tree, every light post, every telephone pole is festooned with signs, "I BUY HOUSES, ALL CASH".

It's just a matter of removing the old mortar material, cleaning out the opening, and then applying new mortar in the space.

This was a 2,350sq ft metal building that sat on 1 acre.

Or another type of coposite material. 

If you were in my area I'd offer to help and/or give you a deal on some spare materials we have per the above. 

I ended up getting all my windows wrapped in metal before I had it tested.

We got the inspection back today; the issues are as follows: mold beyond the surface mold we originally noticed when checking the house out, wood rot in left side floor, damaged roof joist, poor ventilation in the attic and mold, many of the chimney bricks are loose, standing water in crawlspace--potential mold, leaking shower and toilet leading to damaged floor/ceiling underneath, plumbing material issues, electrical not all properly grounded. 

I can see in places like CA where they might be more popular but on entry level to mid level houses many will not want to spend the money.My picture and video guy does mainly weddings now as his bread and butter and corporate company pics to use on marketing materials and websites.
