A property profile has at least the following factors.Property type: Single-family, multi-family, condo, townhouse, etc.Configuration: One bedroom, three bedroom, one story, two-story, lot size, age range, garage size, etc.Location: Where the tenant segment is renting today.Rent range: How much is this segment willing and able to pay.Notice that I did not select any aspect of the property.

That means we've gone through all the horror stories, scammers, folks running off with money, shoddy work, etc.So you'll probably find few, if any, folks willing to hand those relationships over.My advice would be to test folks out on small jobs and work them up to doing larger ones.

I kind of expected (hoped) the majority of lawsuits would not be tenant against landlord for injury...although we did have a second story deck collapse here, I belive on a rental unit.

Our son is turning 25 and is already in the workforce.. we have jointly prequalified ourselves for a real estate purchase up to 500k, I think we will try and pick up a beginner property... our daughter is 22 and is still finishing up college... the story will continue!!

Long story short I disagree with the appraisers value of the home and will place rebuttal however that appraiser also completely messed up rental values so the DSCR has really impacted what I was expecting to get out of the property.
