I can buy one and give it to my property manager to store. 

Today he visited the planning commission and while they agreed it's a commercial property (he would live on the top floor and run a store in the bottom half), the person he spoke with at the office said there's a concern that there's not enough parking.

Anyways the rental only produces 950/mo and really only floats the rental mortgage and is used for storing tools in garages.

I'm beginning to feel like that likely won't be possible, however.I'd love to hear stores or talk to those of you from out of state who've gone this route and purchased turnkey units.

You can also try posting an add for part time work on Craigslist, or if it is a more rural community you can call some local churches and see if they know of a retired person that might be interested in helping, do the same with local hardware stores.   

Take the master key to your local hardware store and make a few keys. 

I currently own a commercial retail property with a small store on it that is rented out.

In my area, these papers are sometimes at Doctor's offices and grocery stores, on the way out, and usually free.
