Thats funny, just been on that exact site found i owe $314.73 and it says i have till end of march to pay, i tried to pay via card but when it tried to direct me to chase payment it made a clicking noise and a yellow star with an i appeared on the hand (cursor) so it wont allow me to pay!

It's interesting discussing home values, bank product offerings, cash flow etc. with a naked woman who's grinding her body up and down you....lol What surprised me was she actually knew what she was talking about and she knew it well.

the thing that comes to mind is the congestion and traffic twice a day during school days.Also the 'noise' factor of the playground.Parking may or may not be an issue,,,check it out first!!

Once it's down if can't be taken apart.Key thing is to get the thicker type for more durability.Don't know how well noise travels with either.

You do not live in fear of having a fire any more than you do now.They will fight, they will move in girl/boy friends, do drugs, drink, not pay, make noise, not clean up, etc. or they may be perfect angles.
