Hello All,As a new investor, I was wondering if SA is good location to invest in?

I need to put them in contact with the contact from Justin's bank who is trying to get more info immediately for local authorities and the FBI to see if they can snag him while they know his location.

It’s a little tricky because it’s so location dependent.

I have a lot of resources for investors that can help show you class a b c locations and have off market deals.  

At a very base level, make sure the property is up to health and safety codes for your location. 

Turn on keyword alerts on Biggerpockets for Orlando, find people located here, connect with them and ask if they know any events/meetups in the area.After that, I always encourage people to work backwards.

We also do a walk through, set expectations for maintenance, filters, lawn, garbage and go over the function of GFCI's, shut off locations (water, power, gas).
