When I first started my company, it was just me.Early mornings, late nights.I wore all the hats from marketing to sales to fulfillment.Then, slowly, we started to add one team member at a time.An engineer.

It's all hat and no cattle.There are very compelling reasons to be concerned about the market. 

Some thing that I think people don’t realize until they get their foot one in investing is how many hats you really do need to wear in order to own property whether or not you manage it yourself.

Typically the drywall repair is pretty large in scope, it needs to be furred out, etc, a real mess.....

I either refinish what is there as in one inch oak original from 1910 or if fur just use paint on older home rentals.In my home used .99 cent builder grade compressed sawdust that has held up well because I am careful and don't let a lot of water sit on it.

It would still be difficult (not impossible but difficult) to demonstrate that you created the lots to hold since you're not generating income from them or using them productively.GTA (good till audited) isn't the best doctrine to hang your hat on!!
