I love to bodyboard and fish fresh and saltwater.

I am converting from oil to natural gas which is going to help me save a few grand each winter.

October is good around here since lots of people are getting their PFD's (oil $$$)  As long as they can continue to pay!  

I'm waving the caution flag on Houston right now because of the fall in oil prices.

I read the guru posts pretty much as a sport, reminds me of fishing and at these prices, we are in deep sea fishing.The bait is always the same, phycology and marketing, casted by financing opportunities trolling with mentorship.

I have recently moved to West Texas where the oil boom has created an opportunity for to me go into business for myself so I have started looking into the LLC and insurances required.I have researched land, home prices, and labor/material cost in the area and there is definitely a benefit to build here.

No sealcoat wont stop weeds , its a coal tar emuslion , its purpose is to block uv rays and prevent a barrier to gas oil and grease . 

A HML or single equity partner is also going to be a big fish with a lot of weight on your project.
