Then without knowing your entire financial situation I’d probably prioritize getting that paid off over putting anything in a Roth or over and above an emergency fund in a HYSA.

Again, working on networking to grow my leads into more lucrative deals.I would say that my current situation is "working" although there is a lot of room to grow. 

You should also check to ensure they have Errors & Omissions insurance, Fidelity Bond coverage, and a Financial Institution Blanket Bond.Some are more consultative and advisory and provide guidance, while others are just processors.

If you're financially stable, have an emergency fund, and have a buy [box] get into the trending C class neighborhoods and buy value.
