Such as cosmetic only (paint, light flooring & fixtures) or are you ok with getting a little deeper with plumbing/electrical issues, a bigger bathroom renovation etc.  

The condo had an electrical fire about a year ago and the owner has been making mortgage payments and rent at their new place during that time.

My guess is that you'll end up doing a hybrid approach and keeping the parts of these projects that bring you energy while finding other "whos" for the parts of the projects that don't.

I find most invest all of their money and energy on formulating complicated entity structures and then obtain insurance because their lenders require it, not necessarily because the borrower/investor values the benefits.

Hi all, There's a 125 year old MF property that I have my eye on, but it needs upgrades (roofing, electrical is very old, mechanical is ad hoc, asbestos mitigation, etc.).

These seven companies include Centene (#25), Emerson Electric (#207), Reinsurance Group of America (#257), Edward Jones (#333), Graybar Electric (#378), Olin (#410), and Ameren (#480).

Just to give you an Idea on some numbers , I am doing a 2100 sq ft house , class A neighborhood ,  clean out , removing some walls to go open floor plan , minor electric , some mid level replumbing , full custom paint , new kitchen , new bathrooms ( 2.5 ) , new windows , refinish hardwood upstairs , Vinyl plank downstairs . 

If your shell is back to the studs, just getting the rough in phase; insulation mechanical, duct work, electrical, plumbing passed inspection, with the holding costs that will put you over 100k.  

I am originally from Elgin, but live down in the city now.Love the idea of owning a campground and sharing it with other people...for me, there is just a different energy when you get a way from all city noise, lights, and hustle & bustle. 

.- Replace electrical outlets, switches, plates with new white.- Tile throughout (bathroom will get different tile.- Install new windows throughout (18), install new trim and replace rotted or damaged framing as necessary.- Install new white vent covers throughout.- Install (brushed nickel?)
