Not all lenders are the same, they are more different than most people thinkTHAT lender may not do blanket loans, the but the vast majority of them do. you just need a simple commercial loan with 6 pieces of colatteral, nothing special.

Metal shelf in there too...Agree with cabinets and new appliances, not necessarily granite will look good to renters and appraisers.My mom was a successful realtor and one thing she always did was make the sellers put in metal light switches (and new faucets )a Maybe 5 bucks a piece on the switch plates but one of those subliminal visuals that help people think higher end.

Mobile homes are not considered as the same as a home, unless it is stick build basement and came in on two pieces in some states.
