Not all lenders are the same, they are more different than most people thinkTHAT lender may not do blanket loans, the but the vast majority of them do. you just need a simple commercial loan with 6 pieces of colatteral, nothing special.

I have been working on the wholesaling pieces via a "guru program" and networking with other investors at the REIA which have been more helpful than the guru stuff!!

Has anyone had any luck with a bank signing a release so that a piece of the land can be sold?

I am beginning to devour all the resources I can find on real estate and investing, but being so green I am just taking rabbit trails hoping to find wisdom.What are some great pieces of personal advice you would have for someone who has never done this stuff before?

However, from my experience, small towns often have locals that love the remoteness but have to piece together 2-3 part time jobs to make it.

My initial thought was to go and buy a piece of commercial real estate, like an 8-12 unit building somewhere like Indy/ KC/ or Cleveland.

Mobile homes are not considered as the same as a home, unless it is stick build basement and came in on two pieces in some states.
