Inspectors/jurisdictions can make life difficult.

I'm not sure it would work in the way you're thinking in the mainland because lending/liquidity is difficult here in this current market.

@Mike TashmanOK - a couple reactions - cash flow is extremely difficult right now without a creative strategy. 

LOL Jokes aside, it sounds like it's incredibly difficult to find something with good cash flow in Columbus, so my thought right now is to start in Cleveland for cashflow, then once I build a stronger porfolio I'll start adding Columbus

I am not sure if the market is saturated and Covid home prices have made returns difficult or if I am looking at this incorrectly.
