Hello everyone,I find myself in a challenging financial situation and would greatly appreciate any guidance you can offer.I have a pending income tax payment of approximately $200K for the year 2023, due by September 10. 

What are the most common challenges investors face when securing fix and flip loans, and how do they overcome them?

Navigating these challenges can definitely be stressful, especially when you’re new to owning rentals.

My main goal has been to keep buying rental properties, however, so far my experience has been a very challenging one in Canada because of the tenancy laws, and interest rates.

Learning from your successes and challenges would be invaluable. 

However, financing can be more challenging, with higher down payments or interest rates for LLC-owned properties.

I would appreciate any recommendations on how to begin The Nort Bay can have some great opportunities, like most of CA there will be challenges.

However, there may also be new challenges, such as dealing with shifts in buyer expectations and navigating the evolving brokerage landscape.
