There has been a considerable degree of consolidation within the engineering world and Phase 1's are simply not that appealing to larger firms...unless they see it as a method to provide a Phase 2, which can be very open-ended.

(and those car jobs are not coming back).Right now poverty is spread over a huge area, consolidating it MIGHT make helping it easier--and that would allow restoration of some of the original brick houses, apartments and commercial buildings in the area's the crime is removed from.And how big would D-Town really be if all of the remaining inhabited houses were lined up next to each other like a regular city?

Hello everyone, how's it goingJust asking for some quick infoMy sister lives in new castle co Delaware and had a home there worth well over 250 K however she's had some financial difficulties over the years and has 3 mortgages that all together total about 65/70 K I'm just wondering in anyone on here knows of lender that will be able to refinance to consolidate her loans to just one 15 year mortgage by just checking income and the equity that the property has, her credit score is the problem She just want one payment and pay off all the other small loans before they become s problem!
