Moved to Buffalo a couple of years ago for work and when I got here they announced the Buffalo Billions and things started to pick up.I want to get in on the ground floor.

@Christian BrodinDefinitely my biggest challenge in 2015 was networking, like@Kathy Stewart.We finally closed on a 4 unit in Buffalo NY in late summer after signing the contract in October '14 (at least we probably saved quite a bit of cash since we signed at the early part of the upswing).

I see most people here are renting them out, but I wish I could find a flip here in Buffalo for under $30k.

As far as investing I will have some capital to invest soon and I feel like I should start either wholesaling or flipping in an area where the housing is cheaper for example looking at Buffalo.

Prices in the Buffalo region (incl Jamestown) + Albany and Rochester etc are extremely low and yields are strong.
