You can find an 18-guage NOMA rated low voltage 2 (3, or 4 wire if you want to pull multiple connections in a single run) in 50, 100 and 500' spools at any big box (HD) or HVAC/electrical supplier.

I have also used local niche suppliers, when mom & pop flooring companies can beat Lowes.

This is where suppliers and lumber yards pool together and unload their extra materials or their special order products that may have gotten canceled and they can't sell it.

Keep expanding your supplier network....that should be a constant.I'm sure your local real estate investor association may have some local gurus that may have some classes that may give you some pointers.
