I’m not trying to attack, just my thought for a long time.

FYI, I would like to get like minded people together and talk about this situation in NJ and come up with maybe a better plan of attack.

As you want to get debts off your credit report as fast as you can, attack the smaller ones first and then move your way up to the bigger ones. 

If you buy a tough property with a multitude of issues and you have very little experience it would be like putting Spud Webb in to guard Shaq "Attack" ONeal.

Like getting in shape, you have to attack debt with gazelle like intensity and then once you hit your goal, it’s much easier to cruise by keeping good habits.

But I found it odd for all that experience you don't know about common man in the middle attack...

You should not attack him for this as he seems to only be concerned about the property..

Steve:From my childhood recollection, the snow in Winterpeg is no worse than here ... your's is usually lighter and fluffier ... we get more "heart attack snow" here in the east.I love to traipse about and look at all the "passed overs" in the dead of winter.

I don't mean to attack anyone's views and this is purely academic, but why wouldn't someone like myself invest in a Real Estate Investment Trust that already has an extremely diversified portfolio instead of looking into the market and trying to 'beat' the market by choosing the best investment properties?
