@Tom Owiti hi I teach a class series for the Miami Association of Realtors on how to better work with housing authorities.It’s a great option and can be used almost on any property as long as the association bylaws don’t have any restrictions that would prevent this specific tenant from qualifying.

Hopefully your lease is strong and calls for recovery of all your costs associated with this process (ours, for example, allows for recovery of all costs associated with the lawyer as well as filling the space, and it even allows us to sue for money "lost out on" if the new tenant signs for less than the old tenant).

umbrella policy is usually associated with your individual coverage. it's a secondary policy in case the first one is not enough.
