Ultimately they sell Salesforce licenses, and if what they demo is what you need, and you can afford the setup and monthly cost, they are the right CRM for you. 

@Courtney HamiltonI have found that my rental listings are no longer Auto pushed to Zillow even though Zillow generates by far the most traffic for a rental listing almost 70% of the leads are from ZillowWhen you do your market analysis I would highly recommend pricing your property $50 below your competition because best products and best price equals the best tenant.

They may require you to use their services, but they may not be as picky about whether the plan was their production or not.

If you make an offer on a property that's in a price point of a house that would also attract an investor looking to build their portfolio where rents are in an affordable price point, you will get out bidded more often than everyone else because you need a cheaper house.

It's not the cheapest yet their price were not that much more than their competitors and SIW was a better product.

I do not have the time to look at everybody's videos and I can afford to pay someone for their time, experience and knowledge so I can get started and not make the same learning mistakes they did.

They create the team and a plan, acquire, due diligence, take care of loan products (If needed), oversee construction/renovation, hire property manager (or run in house management,) take care of accounting/taxes/K1s, deal with closing or refinancing.An LP (limited partner) just puts in the funds (after hopefully vetting the GP and team) and keeps fingers crossed while earning mailbox money.
