I can't imagine the results coming out good for him or any of the rest of us landlords because once this come into the real light of day and the authorities realize there is an illegal rental market going on, I am sure the legislature will be more than willing to jump in and lay down some more laws like this last legislative session which did not favor the landlords at all, all because of the Tacoma mess.
