I guess when you're buying 80k properties I wouldn't care as much either. but when each of your properties is $500k + you start to care a bit more about who takes care of it and how.

But Steve you have never looked at one of MY Sewer lines they are perfecto :)  had some rags in one though. on older homes its mandatory and any agent that is representing a buyer and agent knows what they are doing will call for a sewer scope..but also have to be careful the sewer scope guy does not scare you into a new line.
