I just hype up that I am being very nice to them by not forcing  them into another 1 year lease in case they decide to move later.I haven't had to non renew a long term tenant yet but I definitely like having the Option available. 

I don't believe the marketing hype that you need to "touch" them seven times before they buy from you.

Their presentations are full of motivation and hype with little to no substance or details of how to actually do it.

Listening to her got me hyped about Detroit.

Sorry I am just NOT buying the political HYPE . 

Before everybody gets hyped about writing off their lease, lets review how to write off your vehicle expense.

If you are looking to flip, that gets a little dicier as the market is hot in a lot of areas and so it is critical to make your money when you buy as there is a lot of emotional buying happening now in the 'hype'.  

I know the gurus hype you can jump in with no money, no credit and no knowledge and make a million dollars while you sleep.You need to concentrate on building a solid financial foundation.

Regardless of the hype you read, there are no “unique” plans in addition to the options I described above.Although LLC is not required, it can be added inside of the 401K to hold the asset for added protection.
