Could it possibly be time once again to start reving up the short sale and foreclosure fix and flip and buy and hold engine again?

They also did some things that were a little more expensive so there are some costs that could be saved if you wanted to and designed it with value engineering in mind.

For most real estate search engines you post and search by market, but what about people who are looking for a market that has a particular cap rate as opposed to knowing which specific market they would like to invest in? 

The biggest factor/ unknown will be the support underneath which I will have a structural engineer take a look at.THE GOODI am quite sure I could offer low 30's for the property and he would accept. 

I'd be really surprised if a Presidential library would be a big engine for most neighborhoods.
