The truth is that when I finally broke out of the cycle for a little while to figure it out; when I looked at what is truly important in life and evaluated things on a larger level - the full time job of REI that I was working so hard to "escape to" was really not so different than the W2 job I worked so hard to "escape from".When most people lie on their death bed, (or worse, sit next to their parter while they lie on there's)... many have regrets about time wasted, about dreams not followed, about not having enough time spent together - but I've heard very few tales of people who faced with the end say "I'm so proud of the wealth I generated along the way".

@Rodolfo CordovaFor all the basics and building wholesaling business look into basic Instagram info from Jamil, Carlos & Sal, Listen to the Real Estate Disrupters podcast and folks on every episode will tell you all the same stuff about door knocking, pulling lists / skip tracking / cold calling, direct mail, ring less voicemail and all those other good things.

I've told the tale of my friend, who has said he doesn't care if he gets 2.5% CoC or 7% CoC in real estate...he just doesn't want any more in the bank nor stocks or bonds.Yes, there are foolish people buying at these prices that just don't know any better as other folks have pointed out.

Similar to @Brandon Turner, I find deleting instagram and facebook apps until I absolutely need to post helps me stay focused and operating on the right tasks.Hope that helps!
