ITS NOTHING MORE THEN A PYRAMID SCHEME I WAS IN ARIZONA LAST YEAR I MEET 1 REP IN PERSON JUST BY A FLUKE AND HE HAD HIS REP CALL ME THEY WERE WORSE THEN PEOPLE SELLING AMWAY IT WAS ACTUALLY AMUSING TO A CERTAIN EXTENT I ASKED FOR SOME PRIVATE LENDERS SHE TOLD ME SHE HAD A BUNCH BUT WOULD ONLY SET ME UP AFTER I PAID SOME INSANE MEMBERSHIP FEE TO THERE CULT ....

It might very well be true in San Francisco, which is very pro-tenant and a lot of rent control issues.If it is an important issue to you, call an eviction lawyer and ask.
