It's a real small school but it's near downtown Fredericksburg which I think is primed to grow and it currently has a lot of Traveling nurses and tourism so I can pay the higher prices because I have several options for increased rent: Home sharing, short term leases and vacation rentals.  

Industries include education (Cal State Long Beach), transportation/logistics (Port of Long Beach, Long Beach Airport), aerospace (SpaceX, Spinlaunch, Rocketlab, Virgin Orbit, Boeing, etc), auto (Mercedez Benz, Toyota), tourism. etc.

The state will also always benefits from in tourism incase you look at STRs3.

The data fails to account for undocumented inbound movement that is not tracked by census or moving companies.

We operated an inbound international tax division for over a decade.

This town, situated on Lake Michigan, benefits from a mix of tourism, business, and hospitals.Subsequently, I acquired three office buildings.

This doesn't necessarily mean tourism traffic but instead affordable accommodations.

There is no tourism. 

The industry in these areas are very much based on tourism, which would make me question if there is a big enough pool of qualified long term renters, if you had to go that route. 3.

I am leaning towards Savannah mainly because it’s a great city for tourism but not sure if I should still consider that a factor due to COVID.
