What I will love to do is some fix & flips instead of that to start securing those large funds for my REI, unfortunately I'm a poor college student haha.

While colleges are a great economic driver for a given area (and therefore a good considerations), too often, new storage investors think that students are a great customer...and they are but only from May to August so basing a year round business solely on a seasonal customer can get you in trouble.  

I found other companies would be more expensive and/or would have stipulations like they wouldn't cover you any longer if you rented to college students.

I was thinking I might be able to rent to college students.

I am 19 getting ready to graduate college with an associates degree.

Enterprise being something that is currently active and earning income.Education and such to learn for a future enterprise is like college and not deductible.   

I'm currently house hacking a duplex in College Park and the siding needs to be repaired/replaced.

I am going to college next year and will graduate by the time I am 21.
