I was able to get a loan from DCU and Rocket Loans. 

To me I always thought maybe a black swan would tip the scales and Covid was that.. but look what happened RE went the complete 100% opposite way it sky rocketed.. comes down to JOBS  a market can tumble when a sole employer leaves a smallish town that will happen now and in the future and has happened in the past.. 

But I don't it'll ever really sky rocket in price.

I definitely think the prices in Columbus will sky-rocket in the next few years.

Idiot, he could have been in and out of a couple of deals (like we were) in the time he wasted on that.None of this is rocket science, of course you need some knowledge but the best way to get that is to dive in head first and get it done!

Have heard horror stories about rocket mortgage and other online options, and am leaning towards working with one of my local credit union but they don't seem very investor savvy.

At that time they did not require exclusively listing with airbnb ( that would've been a deal breaker) With launch, it was like rocket fuel and we killed it.
