I currently am living in California just north of Los Angeles and am looking to get into my first Real Estate Investment.

I have a lockbox on the property that generates a new code for each property tour.I live in Santa Monica, CA so I need a tool that will allow me to manage the property remotely.

I would think there’s a way to get that information in CA, but you’d need to ask local experts.

Similarly, if you are signing a power of attorney in California to close a deal in CT, the power of attorney must comply with CA law. 

It's might get challenging but be glad that the property isn't located in California.  

The new thermostat was a heat-only thermostat, so c/a couldn't possibly work at least with that thermostat.

I am looking to build an ADU on the investment property and looking for a lender that will finance the ADU construction. 
Current loan is 420k and value at 545k, credit score 740+. What are some options to get an ADU...
