I can have 19 codes, unlock or lock the door remotely, change codes remotely,  see the battery life, and get an email or text when the door is used.

We need to keep our batteries charged and stay the course, right?

Same goes for things like batteries in smoke detectors. 

And, for batteries there is how much really nasty stuff in those?

So far thinking things like:- replacing air filters- testing and replacing batteries in smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms- carpet and floor cleaning and/or replacement - assessing for leaks and all working sinks, showers, toilets- wall repairs and painting - appliances are in working order- deep clean- change locks and battery -replace all lightbulbs inside and out- minor repairs- landscaping Anything I am missing?

We actually preferred the composting toilet because there were less chemical smells, etc.Both camps we stayed at had us bring our own water.Neither of the camp sites had electrical, but we could bring our own generator or battery system if we wanted.Mike

LOL  I finally opted for the eGo style with two batteries and hubs keeps about 5-7 refillable cartridges on hand with 1-2 bottles of ejuice.

Hey Guys,I reviewed the lease (created by our property management) for our tenants, and I feel like we, the landlords, are not protected enough on that lease. for example, I would want to add an addendum about "changing a battery on a smoke alarm".
