I started my search with multi family units as a way into house hacking, but I ended up purchasing this single family home with 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, carport, and a large back yard with a gazebo and a workshop/shed structure.

I attended a Than Merrill workshop this past weekend. 

Oh and @Scott Jaffa I took a workshop and other elite education courses that really did help.

I signed up for the next intro workshop.

I have attended the 3 day workshop with fortune builders.What i can tell you from my own experience that these guys are extremely pushy.They make it look so easy, get you motivated and excited with this hope of being rich if and only if you purchase their mastery program.  

They too have costs associated with the general meetings, the occasional Saturday workshop, and the various subgroup meeting facilities.
