Spelling was never my forte!

I Edit a bunch if I am flying through a post and I know my spelling is all mucked up I will proof it and edit it..

When you or your lawyer do this you will need to spell out all of the questions and what happens in every situation.Why do you want to partner?

Spell it out in the lease, or charge a non-refundable cleaning fee upfront, if California allows it.
