I just hosted a seminar at Somerset Winery, our speaker was 30 year RE investor who leveraged real estate investing into his dream of owning a winery, which of course was where we held the meeting.

I understand there were some issues with the speaker sign-up sheet – typically a sheet will be available before the meeting to sign-up, but if not, Councilors will allow for speakers to come to the podium after all those that have signed up to speak have done so.IF a permit density is put in place, any permit that has been approved prior to the date of implementation of new regulations will be “grandfathered” to the regulations that were in place at the time of approval so long as the permit is annually renewed prior to the expiration date specific to that permit.
