I was told they had to drop the motor to replace the spark plugs!

They guy is always in there welding things and with the sparks flying, it can be dangerous.I need to get these people out but my concern is that they live like pigs and their unit is super gross, they may try to put it on me and say I haven't given them habitable conditions.

Since most of our members probably have email lists, I was thinking that perhaps we could offer points for promoting via newsletter, but a)I don't want people to annoy folks guru-style and b) I think tracking would be incredibly difficult . . . just wanted to share in case this sparks other good ideas.

There is no gas, no oil changes, no brake jobs (regenerative braking provides most of the stopping power), no alternator, no spark plugs, no exhaust system, no belts, etc.

Short term the NFL will spark demand but actually not as nearly as significant as Inglewoods location advantage to nearly all of LAs highest paying jobs..westside, LAX, El Porto, Culver,Hollywood, Marina, South Bay, even throw in downtown LA as it is so much closer than most options. etc.

Spark rent seems to fit the bill for me.How would each of you recommend I ibring this up to 8 tenants that are use to bringing me a check each month and a 9th that has automatic payments on his end that cut a check to my house ?
