Any way I dont want to start a coaching session on life etc.

It's basically a pitch and wants  session.

This created all sorts of headaches as the guy that rented my place had scheduled movers, couldn't extend the lease where he was even for a week...etc.My contractors endedup doing a 24 hour marathon session to finish the place.

I am basically guaranteed my rent while school is in session. and once I build up a cushion for summer break or vacancy, I can then use the extra cashflow to pursue more investments, possibly a duplex or another single family home.

@terrell I will keep you posted for the next game and networking session.

If I can find someone to record the session, would it be possible to host it online on Bigger Pockets so it's accessible afterwards?  

I'm not going to bash Than Merrill, but I will say that I attended his 3 day Fortune Builder's session and signed up for Mastery. 

From 6:00-6:45 there will be a Q&A session primarily geared to newbies, then the discussion mentioned above and after that there will be networking.

We are usually able to fill these rooms for at least one of the university's shortened summer sessions, but this year are going to set aside 1-2  rooms for an AirBnB experiment.
