I ask people not to wear shoes in the house and guests do their dishes/take out their trash before they leave.

There were so many unwashed dishes that I think was for months and there was poo in one of the bedrooms.

Then, naturally, Rambo dishes out violent retribution to the bad guys in a very severe way.

The tenant put up a satellite dish on the roof without my permission just DAYS after I had just put up a new roof on the property. 

A 2 bed motel room is going to use far less electricity, natural gas, water (no dishes or laundry) and sewer. 

Sometimes I use Dawn dish soap (if lots of lanolin); other times I use laundry detergent.  

Not sure if this has been discussed but I thought I would put my tips on using google maps.everyone knows about street view. if you are viewing from satellite view you could also use the "tilt the view" to get a much better look at the streets and surrounding area(this could be browser specific so make sure you have the latest browser of your choice).But the best part about google maps is you could also create your own custom maps and mark on the map your farm area or streets to stay away from.the link below will guide you in creating your own maps and its free to do so.https://support.google.com/maps/answer/62843?
