The know their mortgage that they weren't paying is now gone so they are holding on tightly.Thought about pressure washing the house early in the morning but I would need a separate water supply or tank.Guess I could get multiple roofers to go over and inspect the roof.Not sure beyond these thoughts.

Personally I'd feel a lot more comfortable if I had a plumber, painter, general contractor, electrician, roofer, etc all at the ready near the property in case your PM doesn't pan out.

My roofer wasn’t thrilled I had Allstate but said he wouldn’t have came out if I had progressive and would have preferred me having State Farm.
