I am looking for someone in the San Diego Metro area who can refinish the wood floors on a property I just went into contract on.

The doors can't be refinished, and must be replaced.

New plumbing, electrical, windows, int and ext paint, remodeled kitchen and bath Refinished original floors What was the outcome?

We got the hardwood floors refinished (we were going to do LVP, but our floors were in good shape and it was more cost effective).

The unit has hardwood throughout half of it that could be refinished.

In the dark kitchen below, all we did was refinish the existing cabinets & countertops & hardware and add a backsplash and new appliances.

We updated the home by removing all the wallpaper, refinishing floors, new appliances, new countertops, paint inside and out and repairing and refinishing the outside deck areas What was the outcome?

We'd go there to decompress sometimes after a day of painting or refinishing cabinets hahaha.

Refinished floors, new windows, replaced roof, updated electrical, updated plumbing, new hvac, new water heater, and punched out back of house and added walk out deck.

Sure it won't be acacia and will be thinner planks but it's real and can be sealed properly for a kitchen - also sanded and refinished many many times (look at some century old homes where refinishing the original wood still occurs and is a selling point).
