The deal fell through today.

It's getting more and more interesting.I started to remember how the whole thing with K. went and how many questions I have unanswered... and when I started to think that K. worked for tenants suddenly everything fell into place - everything.

We later found out the seller had deceived us about the rents being current and the neighborhood was rough (crime, drug dealing, prostitutes).

It turned out to be a rough neighborhood (crime, drug dealing, prostitutes).

I received a lot of calls but no deal when they found out where it was.I had an agreement after 3 months but it fell through when his lender did an appraisal.

As long as we learn why we fell down and get back up again we'll be ok.

It could well be that the deal on the other house fell apart and the higher price was from a different buyer. 

I walked away from the first deal for a few different reasons, but the second deal fell through because of the results from the inspection report, and the fixes/updates were waaaay too much for me to handle financially at the time.

The other buying group couldn't raise the money and they fell out of contact.One my contacts and a broker made me aware of the opportunity to acquire the deal.

To be honest I fell into that thinking because that is all they ever really teach in school.
