I would say that being within 15-20 minutes of town would be the max I would go if I were selecting a more secluded/private experience. 

This approach is perfect for using private financing initially and then doing a DSCR loan later to maximize their investment strategy.

I tend to agree with you, but that is my perspective.Let's say you are trying to raise money from other people: banks, private lenders or investors.  

U will open the flood gates with a post like that.. what folks do on BP sometimes is try to follow those that seem to know what they are talking about and might be in a segment your interested in then contact them privately..
