So he answered himself, saying "Yes, it's exactly what you think; licensed NJ Real Estate Salespersons."  ...After pausing dramatically, he continued with, "So when your father was selling his house when you were 12 years old, and you obviously had no ownership of the home, but YOU answered the phone and told someone it was 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms and that he wanted $500,000 for it, you already broke the first rule of real estate by fostering the sale of a property that you do not own. 

I have put real estate investing on pause recently due to my wife and I now have a newborn baby :)  However, the last time I was at the San Bernardino auction.com's auctions, they were during the summer months, I can honestly say they were slim pickings for investors to make a profit. 

I have some money for a downpayment in a rental, but this made me pause and reevaluate.

While other investors need to pause and seek the advice of contractors, I'm able to move quickly and make offers the same day.  

I've learned a few valuable lessons along the way that make me pause and think before deciding to tackle a new DIY project.

Life Companies - Most lifecos are taking a pause and not quoting new business given the recent spread widening in investment grade corporate bonds.

I would take a pause on that. 

That means take a pause for a second and always consider what you are doing and how to complete it safely.

I know I already have a 401k loan so best I think I can do is pause payments, but I'm looking into options there too.
