Give them a written notice that you will not renew or extend their lease and they have to be out by the end date.

Make a simple spreadsheet or written list with the features of each and see which ones appeal to you most.

Just some food for thought.Typically from my experience, a lender that is willing to do a "blanket" style loan, lends from their own portfolio.

Renting it out at $2,250 and bringing in $1,600 monthly after expenses is a nice return.
