Maybe in the states that have created the mandate to not exclude SEC 8 have created a minimum rent amount for landlords to use for consideration, but I have not heard from anyone that this is the case.As a general rule on BP, I'd suggest not getting so riled up about really old posts.

The inflation that we are seeing in consumer goods has more to do with the Vaccine mandates and energy prices impact on the supply chain.Kiyosoki does rub people the wrong way but I agree with his overall message that the rich getting richer through buying income producing assets with artificially cheap debt and that is how the system is set up work.

Your occupation being overseas does not mean you have a mandate to be on property any set number of days or time.
