I have been watching, and it just doesn't seem to take that long so I thinking about getting rid of that as well.  

I am trying to partner up with somebody else to do me the legwork would be needed in the future fix and flip transactions i probably will do out of the state when i am absent , including which is the most important thing is to watch the rehab process and contractors progress anybody has an idea how to setup that king of relation and contracting ?

For some reason our society changed the arrangement from working six days and resting on the seventh to working five days and watching sports the other two.

I have been watching two houses which were on the rental market for about a month but now they are gone.

I watched a property go on the market then close and the closing price was around $2000.

The guy I'm buying from is completely remodeling 3 of the four units, and I may be able to talk him into kicking the last lady out, who will be gone before closing anyways, and remodeling all 4.
