I did have a one year time line to push out the modernization of the property but this incident combined with ALLOT of great deals pushed things up a bit.I'm putting 12.5mm laminate flooring both bedrooms; replacing the sinks, vanities, and counter in both bathrooms; and replacing the cabinets.

In a non-related incident, a friend of mine is in the process of building and holding a 19/20 unit apartment, I didn't express my interest yet in Construction/Project Managing the job because it is still in schematic stage, in exchange for credit under my belt the infamous EXPERIENCE, I wouldn't be charging him anything but will take away all the knowledge I can get.
