I used the matte in a hair salon that takes abuse a year ago and it still looks brand new!

This is one of those things that has way too much hair on it to get even close too.

The plumber found gross gobs of hair in the pipes when it was first snaked.  

I am charging for repainting the walls that were awefully dirty (no way to just wipe them down), changing out broken shades, repairing holes (which includes repainting them) changing out door handles with new keys, broken fixtures, cleaning, labor & supplies, and the major repair was the A/C.She had two dogs that just left hair in just about every crevice.

@Isaac Rowe  good points.right now with the markets pretty much peaking in all markets.. anyone buying in any market today that has to sell in 1 to 2 years will probably take some sort of hair cut. 

I will bet dollars to donuts this old gentlemen loves telling this same story to everyone who contacts him... sometimes these folks are just lonely and want to talk.I have had a good year of working through hairy deals... the more hair the better !!!

Mostly items for getting started in their home and items to help them take care of the place.Here's what we give new tenants.....Cleaning Bucket with Cleaning Supplies:  white vinegar, baking soda, awesome degreaser, cleaning disinfectant wipes, carpet spot cleaner, magic eraser, all purpose cleaner, scrub sponge.Tote Bag with Useful Items and Tools:  hand soap, paper towels, plastic garbage bags, toilet paper, toilet plunger, Zip-It (strip for clearing hair clogs from drains), plastic clothes hangers, shower curtain liner (good quality cloth one), laundry detergent, dish soap/dish detergent, cutting board, "Freeze the Grease, Save the Drain" kit, “Recycle” tote, magnet with our name and contact information.Refreshments In the Fridge:  several bottles of water, snack food, bottle of sparking cider with a welcome note attached.

If you are a bean counter type person, you shouldn't have to split hairs on whether or not your foreman is being honest with you.

I hope you will see why (at least in CA) Landlords are tearing their hair out.
