Many will just become educated and do nothing which honestly most of us are.

Pittsburgh is home to more than 60 higher education institutions with thousands of students and faculty.

Because you simply can't afford to build product to rent for $1000/month)In a rational and well-educated environment, investors are willing to deploy at 5% cap for such fundamentals.

STR is a hard first investment, but if you really educate yourself over the next year, you will know what you want and you will know people who do both.

Having said that, I've only attended the AAPL's conferences, which are pretty much what you'd expect: presentations focused on the state of the market, education for lenders, and new best practices (with some tech thrown in).

We operate a pretty substantial investor Agent team here as well, and are very involved in education and helping people build and scale.  

Having a hands-on education of how to deal with tenants and the situations that come up is far more valuable than reading books and watching YouTube videos but and takes a long time to learn.

Honestly since my last time being active on here i have educated myself in book keeping and accounting.

I first want to thank this community and this platform for being such a help to my continued growth and education. 

You need to get educated and fast....I know it's overwhelming, but you need to be spending a couple hours a day on sites like this Forum, reading books and watching YT videos.
